Velix Sogen has more than 17 years of auditing and consulting experience in Indonesia. He has been involved in auditing entities in various industries including real estate, hospitality, plantations, manufacturing, steel, energy, NGOs, and foundations.

Velix graduated from Petra Christian University and has been involved in several financial and tax due diligence agreements with entities operating in various industries. Velix handled several special assignments related to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares and bond offerings in local and international markets. As part of its consulting services, Velix specializes in business restructuring and valuation of entities that will carry out reorganization.
