About Henri Martha

Henri Martha is a Partner of Hadori Sugiarto Adi & Rekan. Henri is a Chartered Accountant (CA) Indonesia and a member of Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (IAI) since 2013. In 2015, Henri is a Certified Professional Auditor of Indonesia (CPAI) and a member of the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountant (IAPI). He has 10 years of experiences in auditing and consulting activities in Indonesia.

Henri handles several special assignments related to financial and tax due dilifence, Initial Public Offering (IPO) of shares and bonds offering in local and international market. As part of the consulting services, Henri has specialization on business restructuring and valuation of entities contemplating to perform reorganization. Also, Henri underwent an intensive training on financial modeling for valuation necessary for the projects

Henri has been involved in audit with various industries which include construction, real estate, multifinance, plantation, manufacturing, steel, oil and gas.
